Chapter Synopsis
A self-proclaimed genius named Pu Pan offers Zuo Fan the E-Rank Maneuvering Technique, "Willow Blossom Flash", in exchange for protection during a joint operation, revealing his connection to the mercenary association president. They are then immediately attacked by the Li Family, the same group pursuing Pu Pan, who are identified by Zuo Fan through scent. Zuo Fan realizes that the Li family is connected to the man who framed his father and now the two are cornered. The chapter ends with a cliffhanger as Zuo Fan prepares for a difficult fight.
