Chapter Synopsis
The chapter begins with the protagonist being suspected of being a 'Shadow Thief' monster, as he exhibits similar skills and physical markings. He's confronted by his companions who demand to see his neck for a telltale mark. The group finds Shin Sooah's plaque in a large indoor garden and discover her shadow is behaving erratically, with the implication she might be causing herself harm. The protagonist then rushes to her aid, upon finding her shadow. The chapter ends with a reveal of Father Johann's shadow as well.
