Chapter Synopsis
Dalen initially struggles with a surprisingly hard game where his character's body is as hard as steel. He then reflects on his many deaths in the game, his frustration with the need for real-money purchases, and his eventual discovery of the "Inheritor" DLC. This DLC allows him to collect past characters’ corpses to gain their abilities and skills. Upon entering a new location, he encounters an innkeeper who demands a "transfer tax" and threatens the protagonist.
