Chapter Synopsis

He discovers that his Power of Gluttony ability allows him to absorb demonic energy from freshly killed monsters, and not from magic stones, as he had initially thought. He also realizes that by consuming more freshly dead monsters, he can continually increase his Demonic Energy. His thoughts shift to how he might sell magic stones and gather more Demonic Energy, and then to his desire for chicken, indicating the mundane nature of his new life, alongside the extraordinary.
