Chapter Synopsis
The chapter opens with Dorothy being unable to establish a master-disciple relationship with a troublesome 'evil little youngster' even after multiple attempts. Frustrated, they seek help from Sam Hwa Jai, a Gaebang leader known for information and connections. As they begin to explain the situation, a mysterious event occurs involving a 'wand' of sorts. This leads to the discovery of unusual information and it shows that the youngster has been more of a troublemaker than expected. The characters are still trying to figure out why the contract wouldn't work and are exploring new strategies to learn gong-bu.
