Chapter Synopsis
The chapter opens with the protagonist being discovered by pirates working with the Beggar Sect, forcing him to hide. He negotiates passage through the Black Whale Stronghold by paying a toll, but it's revealed that the pirates are also searching for him. The protagonist is warned about the dangers of fighting the Yangtze River pirates, particularly a monstrous figure called the Water Dragon King, compelling him to lay low and hide in the storage cabin. Finally, the pirates start searching the ship, heading towards the storage cabin where the protagonist is.
