Chapter Synopsis
Geon Woo successfully completes his final test and receives his Superhuman license, fulfilling a long-held desire. Meanwhile, at the Superhuman Association branch, two representative superhumans get into a fight, and the branch manager expresses disappointment in the lack of talented newcomers. The chapter also introduces a young girl named Hawa, who seems to have a close relationship with Geon Woo, and a new license is created just for her.
